This app is great! I don't know why there's a bad review that they take your payment first then say the item is unavailable. This app is efficient and the customer service is superb! I regularly order my medicine here and always fast, safe and smooth transaction. They don't take you payment first! They will give you your order breakdown first then ask for confirmation. They even call to inform me that an item from my cart is unavailable atm.

Not a very reliable app. There's no indication when the item will be delivered during order and no option to cancel. I ordered here because we have an emergency and needs the meds ASAP but found out that the estimated delivery date is a week from now and I wasnt even informed plus they dont have a proper customer service!

Getmeds staff Alaiza is helpful and responsive to messages. Only 4 star because you wont know when your order get delivered, the rider didn't text nor call. Good thing they have COD option for payment so even if they didin't deliver the medicines, there will be no loss as well. The app provides a lot of discount and they give senior citizen discount which is really great. One suggestion is maybe they could provide real time tracking of order.
