Too many functions so well hidden that they can't be found. Essential hints missing exactly where needed. Unintuitive reports. One can't choose a bank statement, from a customer chosen beginning and ending date, showing the following: The Bank name and address, the customer name and address, the beginning balance (Saldo), and then, line by line , Transaction Date, Deposit or expense item, Short Description, & the running balance after each transaction. Basic stuff missing!

App is great. Feels easy, robust, secure. Passwordless makes it secure, easy and future proof. I would give 7 but I can give only 5 stars. Could be improved: when connecting to other systems, it is slow. Example Wertpapieraufträge. It could be preloaded in the background. Most of the time there is no new state so it could be just offline. If super security needed, encrypted. Then if you go to Depot, decrypt in background to memory and if user wants to see it, just load&show stuff blazingly fast.

5 minutes to switch?! Hardly! Needed sIdentity to switch and got asked 3 times about a daily limit. Sorry Sparkasse but what on earth is a swipe order(?) It works but it's way longer than 5 mins. I was more or less railroaded into adding a limit even after I'd chosen no limit. TAN, sIdentity and now this ... confused?! What a shame the banks are never open anymore for IT support eh?!
