Ratings and reviews

Has a lot of features and is a decent platform with attractive rates. The interface is confusing and the charts don't really make sense...some tutorials would be good to have... Also the notifications don't seem to work... Furthermore, the content is 80% Chinese (including emails received) and only the main interface is translated. I'll just stick with IB for now...

Worst app for trading. Once you input an order, it will be in the submitting status for more than half hour without letting you edit or cancel which lead to loss instead of profits since I couldn't buy at the market price. They should be responsible for my loss as I made the right decisions to buy/sell but the order was stuck without being able to do anything in between. Don't use Futu if you are day trader.

Always launching unnecessary updates that made me confused with layouts. Sometimes leads to money loss cuz I don't know how to access some important functions in the new versions. They waste a lot of my time by forcing me to adapt to those layouts and functions every time they launch those rubbish updates.
