I've had this app for several years and it has definitely changed. I can't even use this app without serious glitches and crashes. I took a 6-8 month break from browsing on this app because everytime I opened it, it glitches and crashes out within the first 5 minutes. I updated it and tried to use the app again and still no change. It's frustrating trying to relaunch the app 10 times in like 15 minutes. I don't see myself shopping at Fashion Nova again.

9 times out of 10, they are spot on! I just wish they would make sure that each size fits the same. I've ordered several medium tops. Some fit great, while others are more ct as a size small. Also l, some of the pants have a waist that is entirely too small for the size and cut of the pants. Overall, I love FN and the items that they offer! I'd suggest trying them!

a discount code worked at first (50%off) so I added more items bcuz the discount was so good. Then when I proceeded to checkout all of a sudden the code was not ok and the price jumped up double. then I had issues w checking out using my Amazon pmt method. there were just too many glitches and issues. then you can't use customer service unless you already placed an order so I couldn't speak to anyone about the code all of a sudden not working when going to checkout but working on the bag before!
