Handling of lost luggage is atrocious. AirEurpa lost my medical equipment for three days, lack of efective tracking system, customer service at Barajas Madrid. A total nightmare. AirEuropa offered an upgrade, then they retracted the upgrade. Then offered to charge for the upgrade then returned the money after purchasing the upgrade. When arriving at the gate they had two separate seats assignments then once on the plane they could not find my reservation on the plane. A total disarray airline.

Too many issues 1) sometimes log in doesn't work. (web service unavailable). 2) checking in does not let you enter a different frequent flyer number, it has to match with the booking, it shouldn't give an error, just a warning and continue 3) it doesn't save traveler's information so you don't have to enter it every time you either book or check in for a flight. 4) sometimes it doesn't find reservations through record locator if you purchased your flight through an agency (that uses Amadeus)

Not worth it, spend your money elsewhere. They cancelled my outgoing flight 48 hours out, wanted me to pay an additional $340 for them to not cancel my return trip. No changeovers to other airlines, 3 weeks for a refund, the $200 trip insurance was worthless.
