Don't order using this App. Delivery service is pathetic. You will not receive the entire order but only partial. Their support team doesn't respond and you will be left hanging. I recently ordered 7 items but received only 4. Rest are showing as delivered and no update from the support team.

worst customer service ever. they delivered the wrong furniture and then absolutely no support. everytime time u call customer service the status is some randomly generated, contradicting response. just raising a complain took away 45 mins. and no follow ups, no response to call back request. can't believe in 2025 this kind of customer experience even exists. congrats to homecenter for raising the bar so high for poor customer service that no one else can achieve it.

Pathetic customer service. The delivery partner has not attempted delivery and is cutting calls for the last 2 days. I was told the product would be delivered yesterday morning but there is no communication. The customer service call never goes through to inquire for delivery or raise a concern.
