I am writing to express my deep frustration with the DIB mobile app. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app successfully even once, despite numerous attempts and repeated complaints. Password Recovery Failure: I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option. Every time I reached the final verification stage (after scanning my fingerprint), the app crashed. App Crashes: I have tried over 100 times to recover access, but the app crashes at the same point every time

can not put amount more then 999 rupees. if i put 10000 rs then app automatically turn that into 100 00 and then error message says "put the valid amount". so basically app is not usable to transfer payment.

It is a nice experience but please also provide an account number facility for directly transferring funds instead of adding first as a benefitary, specially in case of wallet payments like easy paisay,jazz cass etc
