I am using axis bank app from past 7 years.. it's was always smooth till now.. but the new update sucks.. I can't login to my account as my keypad is not showing up for entering password... Tried so many times.. it's working in other apps but not on this... Please look after this

Disappointing Experience with Axis Bank Mobile App I've been an Axis Bank customer for a while, and I was hoping the mobile app would make banking easier. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are the key issues I encountered: User Interface: The app's UI feels cluttered and unintuitive. Navigating through various features is confusing and requires multiple taps, which makes the overall user experience frustrating.

01JUL2024- My network is NOT bad, I also tried switching to DIFFERENT DEVICES and currently have THE LATEST VERSION in my android 11 phone. But still no improvements. It takes so much time to start. It forces you to enter mPIN digits one by one, like each number per second. This is too risky to type mPIN with that slow speed. 30SEP2019-It is too slow. The services are good but useless due to the slow app function.
