I recently updated the app and encountered an issue with the sender and receiver information box for the date of birth. Unfortunately, I am unable to manually input my date of birth as the app automatically returns the current date once I select the date field. This is quite inconvenient and I hope the developers can address this issue and release a fix for this as soon as possible. Overall, the app is still useful and functional, but this error needs to be resolved.

Good offers from time to time. Customer service is not bad. However, app sometimes does not launch and OTP messages take longer time than others. Also, I had problems trying to log in with fingerprint or face recognition. Recently, I had problems authorizing some transaction with well known credible websites. Lastly, I did local money transfer to bank account but money was lost in transit!

The app does not allow to add a beneficiary quickly like it used to allow b4. I used to transfer money in a few minutes. Now it takes a lot of time just to add a beneficiary abd more time to send money. My app is upto date. Service was very good and now its pathetic.
