The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

Horrible experience with this app. At this point they've had 12k sar locked up in my account because my account was banned due to "suspicious activity" all because I attempted to purchase something, and tried again after an error message. I've been trying to transfer that 12k to my bank account from urpay for the past 4 days, but can't due to the ban on my account. the customer service is the worst I've ever seen, they literally give zero information and zero help even after explaining to them.

Did an international payment for the amount of 144 Saudi Riyals and the payment never went through, Waited 65 days to even get the payment cancellation option in the application, but since initiating the cancellation like 10 days ago and even after raising a dispute ticket the refund is still never recieved. send hundreds of Emails called multiple times for the issue always get an automatic mail reply and the customer support agents are also much not of help , they also have the same reply......
