The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

The application is user-friendly, but transferring money through it is a real headache. Transfers take a very long time, and after waiting for around 18 days, the transfer gets canceled. Then, a ticket is created for 4–5 working days to process the refund, which gets closed automatically after 5 days without resolution, asking me to create a new ticket and wait another 4–5 working days. When you follow up by email, they keep asking for the same information repeatedly. Overall, it’s a time waste.

Transfer not Receive so disappointing, I sent money last week, until now not yet received, I tried to use inquire, but the service is not available, I called their CUSTOMER SERVICE, and someone answered the call with VERY RUDE ATTITUDE, How can we trust this app to transfer money if even in local transfer they cannot process it, does your app have a day off also that it does not work on Fridays and Saturday?, and has a limited time from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm?? so Disappointing.
