The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

very bad service . I call more than almost everyday for cancellation of my international transfer why they cannot cancel in just few calls and instructions they will say call back after few hours or other day make sure to refund my transaction how come it takes 2 weeks now . still not I hope the management will fix this issue

so far it's half a year since i started transferring money home using urpay app but I'm not regretting I'm just regretting all my wasted time using other apps while transferring my money . There's no transfer charges when I'm using urpay i can buy everything I want using urpay and no charges at all I can buy credit using my urpay at any where at any time I want I'm so great full with the experience I have with your pay I recommend every one who never tried it to try it this month u'll enjoy it a
