The most unstable mobile banking app I have ever used. The app doesn't let you log in from time to time during the day. It happens very often, and no matter how much you complain, they don't care about their customers' experience and don't fix this basic issue. Also, very often, it takes too long to confirm a single transaction; it takes forever until you get a fingerprint confirmation popup.

Dear Ashot, we are sorry for your negative experience. Kindly ask you to contact the Bank through official communication channels when you encounter the issue and provide detailed information so that an appropriate investigation can be carried out.

The MyAmeria app was destroyed. Yesterday, the error "For security reasons, access to MyAmeria is blocked. Please contact us to restore access" when opening the app. I called, they don't see any blocking, they also say there are no locks in the department. Resetting the application data does not help. For a while, only deleting and reinstalling the application helped, but now this error is being returned. I lost access to the bank completely! It's good that I'm not abroad yet

Extremely frustrating - Keeps blocking me! I am very disappointed with the MyAmeria app. I constantly get blocked for "security reasons" and cannot log in. I already contacted customer support, and they fixed it, but just a few hours later, the exact same block happened again. It is impossible to rely on this app for daily banking if I have to call support every few hours. Please fix this bug!
