I would give 0 stars if I could! Beware of paying on the app. I paid 1 bill(the first one after downloading) on the app and 2 months later I just had to pay a collection agency because my payment was NOT accepted and returned. I just got the refund following a email. I had no reason to believe it wasn't paid. I thought this was a wonderful idea. I was completely wrong. I hope no one else has this issue. Please check with your billing provider before checking it off.

The first thing you see when you enroll is "We are going digital". Then, when you download the BCBSTN app you see it is "under maintenance" and that has been for two months and counting. So to save money on ID cards, they produce an app that doesn't work, inconvenience the customers, and still get away high premiums!

It was a little difficult entering my medication medical history I found with the size of my fingers and my inability to have muscle control to navigate through entering it I also didn't seem to be up to relocate my records after I entered them didn't walk me through it for the software illiterate I think it could use a little more instruction like books for dummies I was extremely tired there was a lot of helpful hints throughout the app I think it'll be very efficient with a little tweaking.
