Good device, terrible app: - it looses connection to the device often during the exercise. this make the app lose track of exercise time. - once the connection is lost, you have to go to blutooth setting, unpair the device to connect again. they know about the issue because they tell you exactly that to work around it.

My phone and the Bionic. gym charger is paired. However, I have an Android Samsung 22 + 5G. And the application form Bionic Gym, Which has been downloaded from the application store Has only me allowed me to register. However, nothing else is available. No I have to admit I'm a big skeptic in this whole thing but I did pay the money. So now that I want to use it I can't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 to 4 times, At every install, I've restarted my phone.

Customer service is horrible. They say that the would return call in 24-48 . It's coming up on a week!!! The product is defective!! Spend your money on someone thing else.
