I am writing to report an error with your app, BM Soft Token. I am trying to register for the app, but I am getting the error message "Accessibility Services in the device are enabled. Please disable in the device settings to continue with the application." I have already disabled all accessibility settings on my device, but the error message is still coming up. I have tried restarting my device, but that did not fix the problem either. I am using a OnePlus 10 pro with Android 13.

Why does the app need access to photos on my device and why does it need access to my camera? Privacy concern if ask me, uninstall. Further more bank muscat blocking people who use other keyboards, some phones have tettible keyboards and users prefer third party keyboards. Same thing goes to accessibility settings, what if the client has bad eyesight and needs accessibility options turned on. Stupid decisions if you ask me, security can be implemented without locking out people.

Golden Fleet
Compared to hard token, Soft token app is very complicated. It consumes more time during transactions. Instead of providing OTP, it requests you to un install and re install the app frequently. After re installing, you have to wait 12-24 hours as a cooling period to continue your transaction. As per my experience It's not at all a constomer friendly app. Such Apps are created for holding investments. I request BankMuscat to create an app that can make transactions easier.
