Ratings and reviews

There is the app and there is the service. Both of them are not bad. I got this service because it offers non-expiring data and I only use it when I am travelling. So I don't like it when the app/service nags me to use my data. Otherwise, I have found the service to be reliable in America and Europe (which are the only places I have used it.) The app itself is a little bit too busy for my liking. But it covers everything I need, and I am four-star happy with it.

The worst ever!!! Don't buy! Pay more to other companies but have no worries. On the first day all was fine and on the next day it didn't work - I was on holidays and it was so annoying. I contact them but they could not solve the problem. I had to buy other eSim. It's been a week now and still there is no resolution, I didn't get my money back and I keep on sending screen shots and having to spend so much time to help them with this problem. I am not the only one who had this problem them

Such a stupid app. Won't let me log in because it says I'm not connected to the Internet. Right after downloading it from the app store. There is no way to access my account from the website, it's app only. And app doesn't work. So..... This one is an immediate uninstall Edit: I gave it another try, and was able to log in, but it is so buggy. I am not able to change my password or do anything really, without some sort of error message
