So I paused this app for March, April and May (3 months at a time is allowed in the app). In June it automatically renewed but I never gained access to the Body Code. I tried to reach the company because they took out payment but never gave me access to it again. I ended up pausing it to get the issue resolved and the company canceled my subscription!!!! So now I have no access to Body Code unless I resubscribe and Discover Healing REFUSES to reimburse me for the month they took from my cc!!!

We are sorry about the confusion google app policy states: If after pausing, the user requests a refund, Google typically:
Refunds the latest charge (if eligible).
Terminates the subscription immediately.
Marks the subscription as “expired”, since there’s no remaining active billing relationship.

Have not been able to use the app for a month. Says I have a membership but only shows the non member information. After many outlets to contact someone for help finally someone responded said there was a IT issue and they were working on it. I've done everything they have asked and still 4 weeks later I can't get into the body code maps. I have not been able to work for a month (lots of lost income and lost clients) this is very very unacceptable.

I used to love this. I wrote an email that I can't open the app anymore, though I definitely have a subscription, and I even got charged the monthly fee that day. The person responded that I don't have a subscription. Clearly, she wasn't trying very hard. Then I put the red frown face when the email asked if I had my problems solved, but no one reached out to me. I have screenshots that I am subscribed. I'd love to cancel this if I'm just going to get charged and not have access.
