Ratings and reviews

Medical report are unavailable after login the application and I raised complaint in the application and no one contacted me till yet, and received a email to share EID copy and other details instead of fixing the issue, patient is already login with Emirates ID and am not sure why can't trace the patient file if raise the complaint in the application.

Unable to fetch reports from yesterday, why do I need to send an email everytime with my Emirates id, what's the point of this application then? Bad experience with he application One star as there's no option for others

Emergeny services is really bad...their test does not show anything but if you go to Thailand their results completely different and their treatment is better and immediately effective..
