This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. There is no customer support team available to answer calls or respond to emails. It feels like they’re only interested in taking money without offering any real service. Even after doing email to you 2 days back. I didn't get any response. On top of it, your phone number never connects to support . Keeps repeating Ivr recordings. Kindly provide service gracefully.

Was a really good and simple app and the ads were fine because functionality was okay. Now it's all about pay walling features which were earlier available and made the app worth having. Why would I as a personal user who travels once in a while subscribe to an app to check if my ticket is confirmed? Should have some logic, not everything needs to be payment based. You can have the ads in the app while providing features so as to fund your business and I am sure no one will have an issue.

Useless Cheating app. It asked me to wait till 11.10 for Tatkal booking. After 11.10 it kept showing there is a problem error for 2 minutes. After 2-3 minutes it says no booking allowed for Tatkal. Are you a real person. I said that there was a problem error message for 2 minutes after 11.10 only. Because of that error with your useless app I was not able to book the ticket. So again you will come up saying that as per IRCTC we will throw error message after the specified time for booking
