I've been a Copart Member for the past 2 years. I never had any issues with the app until recently where I'm unable to login through the Mobile app. Using the correct login credentials, I'm unable to login. I've done ALL necessary troubleshooting options and still can't login. I've brought the issue to the support team, Changed my username and password over 10 times and still can't login. It must be a bug issue since the new update, nonetheless it needs to be resolved! It's been weeks.

Avoid purchasing from them at all costs. This is a scam. They list vehicles with misleading descriptions. I bought a car that was advertised as having only minor dents and scratches, and it was supposed to come with a clean title. However, when the car arrived, it was in far worse condition—it didn't even drive and had significant mechanical issues. To make matters worse, they refused to offer any kind of refund or resolution. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The app worked much better before the update when I made my first buy. Even though it wasn't perfect I could have easily given it 4 stars. Now it won't display full lists when trying to filter, and it crashes during auctions every few minutes. Fix it please. Updated review: latest iteration is much improved, especially the addition of shipping estimates.
