controls could use work. slider to set price search is very touchy, range goes to 100k which makes it difficult to set a price limit of 15k, no way to key in numbers. search remembers some options but resets distance to 200 miles every time. cannot search without selecting a make, so cannot do broad search of all cars. Seach forgets order on a new search, always have to reset.
Incredible app, great service and listings. I thought the truck I wanted would be difficult if not impossible to find. It was. They were practically non-existent elsewhere in my searches. I bumped into this app (not knowing of its existence) even though I've known about carfax long before there were apps. Now there are literally dozens to choose from. I found many vehicles closest to the what they wanted, narrowed it down to five I was interested in, sent msgs to them through carfax and got 2 responses (some dealers don't pay close attention to the potential sales in internet traffic). I actually researched both dealers that responded. Decided I would be in better hands with one. Made an appointment for the next day. I went home the day of the appointment with practically a brand new truck. From the day I downloaded the app until the day I had my vehicle took a total of 4 days. Great app, great tool!
Great app, has all the options but doesn't show any car after search. What a waste of time.
This app is terrible at it's best but most of the time is totally unresponsive what a waste save yourself and just use the website
Many people cannot keep this Android app because the app cannot be moved to secondary storage. I, like millions of other Android users, don't have enough space left on my primary storage, so I must move apps to my SD card after I install them. I understand that users must first install apps to primary storage on Android. That's fine. Users should then be able to move the app to Secondary Storage in App Storage Settings. This app does not allow that. Sadly, I have to uninstall this app since I don't have enough space on my primary storage to keep it. Developers can enable apps to be moved to SD Cards. I understand that there are legitimate reasons why some apps can't be moved to secondary storage. For instance, App Widgets or Alarm Services will no longer work from apps run on Secondary Storage. I'm not sure if those examples apply to this app, but again, my opinion is to let the user decide. Some users like myself will give up features just to be able to move the app to SD Storage. It seems better to me to be able to keep the app with limited functionality than have to uninstall it altogether. I've heard that some developers prevent their apps from running on SD Cards simply because the app may run slower. I surely hope that is not the reason with this app. My opinion is: Let the user decide. As it stands, I can't use this app at all because I don't have enough space to keep it installed on my primary storage. SUGGESTION FOR THE DEVELOPER: If there is not an unsurpassable reason to allow users to move your app to SD Cards, then please change the "android:InstallLocation" attribute in your app to allow it to be moved to an SD Card after installation. If you are worried about a second-rate user experience, then simply pop up a warning to the user of the functionality that will be lost by running the app from an SD Card.
Its stupid because you have to select a Make. What if Make doesn't matter?
