You're doing great. Ignore the stupid 1 stars that are complaining about availability. They didn't look at the info for the app, and that's their fault.

Im rating 5 stars prior to using the service due to the influx of ignorant 1-star ratings of area unavailability. If service is not available in your area, uninstall and move on. Downloading app and setup of account was a seamless process. Rates are reasonable, and service is available in my area. Great start to a new option of safe transport. I'm excited for this company!

I couldn't care less if they aren't everywhere yet. 5 stars to hire more vets and law enforcement as well as grow and gain popularity. Awesome company.
