Ratings and reviews

App not functioning (stuck on black screen). Online check-in page on the website keeps redirecting to itself after you click Agree to terms of service. It's a dead end. Hoping their airport terminals are not on strike as well...

App not opening. Website also trash. 8 hours till flight, no indication that I am checked in. Do I have to be at the airport 3 hours earlier now?

Very bad customer care with false extra refund penalties not as advertised or mentioned in Terms and Conditions.. be aware when canceling your pre-booked ticket as they take more money for sure with no response or investigation from finance and refund team always ignore your complaint emails .. very bad experience 😕
