This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used — not just for EV charging, but period. The interface is a mess, making it nearly impossible to find charging locations. Even when I’m standing right next to a charger, the app can’t recognize it or connect properly. The QR codes? Useless. Half the time they won’t scan, and when they do, I’m just taken to a blank screen or an error message. I've wasted so much time trying to get a charge, only to give up and drive somewhere else. Avoid if you can!

WARNING! This app can be set to only charge during off peak hours. It will charge anyway as soon as you plug it in. The setting is ignored. EDIT: A new version of the app fixed the problem. It cost me about $100, however, before I knew about it. ENEL knew about this bug for four months before they fixed it. Not impressed with their software design and quality control. Product works great now, though.

Not good. Not intuitive. Very difficult to set up initially. Limited help from chat, had to figure out most things myself by trial & error. JuiceNet was a much better app. A year later, still not a good app. Stuck in an endless loop trying to log in. Failed, Try again, Failed, try again.... I've force stopped the app, unplugged the wall unit, even restarted my cell phone, all to no avail. The app is unreliable, I never know for sure if it will charge at night or at what amperage.
