Customer for years. Not anymore. Speed is 10% of my normal connection for many weeks now. Constantly times out. Support is a joke; an AI engine asking me to try the steps I'd already tried before contacting support that doesn't understand my responses. Pointless waste of my time. Subscription cancelled - with great difficulty, as they have clearly designed it. For that alone I wouldn't sign up again

I've had ExpressVPN for years but during the past year or so the speeds have plummeted! I've tried working with customer support many times. It's always a waste of time going through a hopeless troubleshooting process involving endless emails that I knew wouldn't work from the start. They simply try everything that make no sense. As you can see from other reviews, they have completely lost control and are floundering. No matter what I try that they suggest, it's always the same.

Used to be the best VPN app by far. Lately, connection speeds have been noticeably slower. The app also says there is an update, but when I go to the Play Store, there is no update. I am wondering if they are suffering from their own popularity and their networks are overloaded. I still think they're the best and dont want to quit. Their VM architecture makes them a keeper. Hopefully, the issues will be worked out soon.
