Ratings and reviews

Not getting what I paid for, and the inflexible topup options. Telling me I get $749 "before tax" is useless. Just tell me how much will be sent to my phone. I needed $640 to renew my data plan.. I received 600 from the $800+ I spent, now I need $40 more, forcing me to leave the comfort of my home to get $40+. It's time you add more features or add more flexible payment options

Was able to make 2 transactions and was then denied for not fulfilling their security standard ... Their answer "Unfortunately, there is no other information we can provide you on this. Please find an alternative way to send your top-ups." Even them told me to use another app, just saying. Don't waste your money and time with them. There is less expensive and better options.

Works as advertised and does it well. The rare occurrences where I had issues were fixed over live chat with no drama. I send to Globe numbers in the Philippines often. If I could send an activated promo (as opposedto just a cash load), I could probably make use of their scheduled top-up service.
