Instant FASTag recharge through Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

Any issuer bank’s FASTag can be now recharged through My FASTag App using UPI payment. You can create a New UPI ID instantly and pay/recharge through any of your bank accounts, or pay using any BHIM UPI App active on your mobile. Money gets transferred directly from your UPI linked bank account to your FASTag Wallet/Account.
Note: Only the FASTag issuer banks which are live on UPI platform to accept FASTag reloads will appear in the list of banks in the App.
• Customers who have purchased an IHMCL FASTag can download this myFastag App and ‘Link IHMCL FASTag’ with their bank account.
• When user clicks on ‘Link IHMCL FASTag,’ system will ask for a reference number received on Email/SMS at the time of buying the tag from IHMCL FASTag vendor.
• The mobile number & email ID provided by the customer at the time of IHMCL FASTag purchase should be active and available to complete the tag linking.
• Customer’s bank must be live on NETC platform for linking with IHMCL FASTag

Couldn't give 0. Absolutely waste of time. First time when I used the app to link my bank using upi, it deducted amount twice. Raised the request and i never got the money back. 900 was deducted, and the account sent out of balance after crossing 3 tolls. No one is able to give answer where the money went? Also forget it of you change your phone number. They simply cannot change your mobile number, no matter what. Absolutely rubbish app. Don't use it to recharge, it will never happen

Very poor app... Doesn't show transactions, doesn't reload successfully everytime. It's like putting your money in dark hole and waiting for things to work. Last time i recharged for ₹500 and swiped in toll after 6 hours. But it didn't work. 4 days later i got the refund of money. I am not sure what happened. Even now, if i recharge i dont know if the amount got added successfully until i get a refund after 3-4 days Don't go for this

I feel we have to go a long way to get the real benefits of fasttag. Sheer wastage of time standing at the tolls. The other side the lines moves faster at the tolls. No idea how to recharge it. Always server error. Only fake assurance to receive calls from these people. I request the Government of India to line up the procedure related to it seriously for the smooth movement of vehicles.
