I think the way they want folks to clip coupons with the app should be grounds for a class action lawsuit. they can advertise low prices, but only if you jump through the stupid hoops to "clip" the coupons which often times doesn't work and when it does - it's a very poor implementation. very frustrating. as I type this out I've decided to lower the rating even more.

Pick-up poorly designed. No option for in-store pickup, and devs give no option to select anything but a conventional car. Even tapping "other" gives us no way to type in "motorcycle" or "ebike." Beyond that... still really glitchy. Frequently see "no soup for you" messages that imply no special offers available, no pickup times, etc but they often go away with a refresh. Comically, even the "Give Website/App Feedback" button doesn't work. Like, at all. Goes to a blank page with just a header.

As much as I love this store and app, recently the app/online experience has been brutal. Although I can log in, it doesn't recognize past orders or my previous purchases. Worst of all, when I begin to search for items, it always says they can't find it. Not out of stock but nonexistent. If anyone from corporate is reading, please help!
