Ratings and reviews

A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

Don't ever have an issue with your order being delivered to the wrong address. I was told I'd receive a full refund and two weeks later I am still waiting and was sent a rejection email and then another right after saying disregard the previous. They don't respond to emails and I was disconnected 6 times from their customer service phone number. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen!!

The app would occasionally glitch, but overall it worked. for the last few weeks I have tried to search for an item and the search function does not work. Under products, deals, and recipes, it's all 0. I came back to the play store to see if the app needed to be updated, but no, it's up to date and now virtually unusable except for the rewards system.
