Ratings and reviews

I would give this app zero stars if I could. Unbelievably glitchy. I can't use the search function; 90% of the time it makes the app freeze. The only thing you can do is close the app and try again (repeat 100x until your pick up order is complete). The worst part? Even the website does this. You can get around it by saving lists. Pros: It is nice to see the purchases I've made in store based on my rewards number.

A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL UI/UX. I tried to use the app to get flowers delivered to my home. I live ACROSS THE STREET. At this point it would be easier to walk to the store. Every time I tried to look for an item some kind of unrelated ad would interrupt me. I AM A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER. If I can't use this app imagine seniors trying to use it. This design is beyond frustrating and the website isn't much better. Things are not neatly grouped into categories.
