A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

Its never been easy to use, but it does save me enough money to put up with using it. *I wanted to add that customer service has been beyond great with both the app and the fresh pass online delivery orders. And I get emails with easy to read receipts, just like in the store. My main frustration is why I can't see what I'm paying for things, with my discounts BEFORE I check out and then have to request refunds. grrrrr..

I used to love this app, and when it works, it's great. However, what continues to happen is when you go in, it will randomly stop working...happens way too much! Sometimes, even if the home screen pops up, when you click 'shop', it will just think and think and think about it until a service error pops up. This happens all the time. Also, too many times the inventory in the app is incorrect compared to in the store. Fix it or I shop elsewhere...ridiculous!
