Ratings and reviews

I would give this app zero stars if I could. Unbelievably glitchy. I can't use the search function; 90% of the time it makes the app freeze. The only thing you can do is close the app and try again (repeat 100x until your pick up order is complete). The worst part? Even the website does this. You can get around it by saving lists. Pros: It is nice to see the purchases I've made in store based on my rewards number.

A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

One of the worst shopping apps available for either in store or curbside pick-up. Gives you sale prices to clip for items that you can't even add to your cart. Half the time when you manage to find the items and hand your phone to the associate at checkout to see if they can get it to work, they can't operate it, either. There are also times when you check out and the discounts weren't applied even though both you and the associate did everything correctly. Not worth installing.
