to target an ADHD population for 3 month trial subscription, and then renew for $69 with no reminder 2 days before I would have expected (I signed up on June 6th, it renewed on September 4th) and then respond to my same day request for cancellation by telling me it was in the terms is absolutely terrible customer service and it feels like borderline deception. if you sign up for the trial be very certain that you know the terms and if you do not intend to renew you cancel before 90 days is up.

They charge you early and refuse to give your money back. Overcharge for a product that is inefficient and unhelpful. In my opinion, the app is a scam all around and they got me for 80.00 for one day of use in which I told them that I did not want it. They billed me prior to my trial officially ending for an additional 70 for 6 months that I never wanted. This is theft and there should be accountability. Their customer service team is horrendous and the product is glitchy and not helpful at all.

You push your membership too hard. If you want to make us pay before we use the content, just make the app a purchase, or require payment before use. I was going to try the app and if I like it consider premium. I couldn't set any habit I wanted because it was apparently premium, and it was unnecessarily hard to delete habits. I also don't want to be forced into a free trial right away since those can be hard to cancel. As someone with an anxiety disorder, your app is the last thing I need.
