I used Hoi app to pre-order food and track my flight, and the experience was seamless. My meal was ready and fresh when I arrived, and the flight tracking notifications kept me updated about gate changes. These features saved me time and stress at the airport. I’m so impressed with how convenient this app is. Highly recommend it for frequent travelers!

This app is not in sync with the actual menu of its partner restaurants. You place an order, pay for it, and only then get told by the restaurant that the item isn’t available. To make it worse, you have to raise a refund request, and the app takes its own sweet 5–7 business days to return your money. Very frustrating experience — the least they could do is update menus in real time or process refunds instantly.
