Very easy and friendly app. They have definitely improved; like, a lot! The design is a bit old fashioned for some features such as travel notifications but it works! =) You can make it easier. In addition, I think you have the capability to add other features such as FICO score, card activations, temporary blocks. You should also offer a service to chat with someone because your customer service over the phone is not really good at all.

This app is best for checking your account balances & transferring funds. Even though updates have been made and they've fixed many of the issues with the mobile deposit feature, the capture window still isn't large enough to handle corporate or cashier's checks. If they're able to get this issue fixed, this could be a top-rated, fully functional app.

So convenient. Two years after my previous review and I still love this app and use it frequently. In addition, the app has improved over the past year. Access to credit card info, such as the last statement balance and easy access to the actual statements are both greatly appreciated. Love the recent improvements, including mortgage info.
