The app is a good general idea, but I have found it difficult to navigate when looking for the playbill for a specific performance. Also, when reading the playbill and you want to read further program notes, you are directed to "scan the QR code." That doesn't make sense when you are already on your device. There needs to be a URL link there instead.

Super slow and useless app. Takes forever to load on a Pixel 8 pro. I would rather of picked a mail option over this clunky not user friendly app. Half the time it looks like nothing is going on when switching to different parts of the app. ZERO annimation and appears as if it's frozen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Thank you for forcing me to download a useless, slow, clunky app to simply access the tickets I purchased. Just what I wanted with my symphony purchase - a slower phone with bloatware. I thought the symphony was supposed to be classy - forcing me to install an app to access my own tickets feels sleazy.
