Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I had reserved a 7 seater car two days in advance. However, two hours prior to the scheduled delivery, I was informed that the car was not available. So what is the use of this pre-booking system, as it appears to offer no guarantee of vehicle availability, even with early reservations? And why do they show car availability at the booking time if that car is not available for delivery?

Very bad experience! I had to wait more than 4 hours to get the car, and when I went to the pickup location, they told me the car wasn’t available and would be delivered after 2 hours. When the delivery time came, the car still hadn’t arrived! They charge you money without even confirming if the cars are available. Extremely poor service, very disorganized, and completely unreliable.
