the platform is great and has many great features, but the app needs a lot of help on the development end! My calls are dropped all of the time, I often am barred from texting or calling people in the app, I almost never receive phone calls through app and am just notified I missed a call and receive a voicemail. i would personally not pay the high costs for this platform if I new about these issues ahead of time.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra - app is 50% useless. I can only receive and read messages. Sending new messages and replying to received messages is broken. it's like the app isn't able to fully load. When I click on a message, it opens the page for the message thread and I can read each message, but the information at the top of the screen is stuck in a loop and never fully loads. In addition to that, if I attempt to respond I get a failure. I've tried everything. Come on guys. 🙄

Way too many late notifications. We use this app for a small business and sometimes notifications about missed calls, voicemails, and texts arrive hours after they occur. Permissions for the app are correctly set to allow notification even if the phone is in sleep mode but doesn't happen. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this app for quite some time according to other reviews. This app costs too much for this poor performance.
