2. Download TourGuide to verify your identity and view your tour. Launch the app when you arrive at your appointment time and follow the step-by-step personalized tour map to explore seamlessly on your schedule.

3. Contact us via live chat, email or phone to answer any questions as you tour communities, and start the easy application process from the app when you find the perfect home.

Ratings and reviews

GREAT way to receive a tour while allowing staff to attend their usual duties. I enjoyed the tour - complete with maps to guide my direction in this giant maze of a complex - (2 Bldgs), using a fob in the app where a key would be required. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The properties are well-kept grounds of the Harborview Apartment Homes at 780-820 'G' Street where I viewed a nice little studio apartment that offers more amenities than can be found almost anywhere. Overall, the app is good. Major drawback is that the app does not provide information about parking spots reserved for an apartment on the premises, so this is something to keep in mind. It was a bit unexpected when we found out that we had to move our second car around every 3 days We had minor glitches in opening apartment doors through the app, but that worked after a couple of tries

App does not work. It's used to locate you and follow you along as it unlocks doors and guides you through the apartment complex. However, none of these features work. Location is inaccurate, doors will not unlock no matter how close you are to the location, and it guides you towards the wrong path since the location tracking doesn't work. This experience convinced me to never take a look at another Irvine Company property again.
