After the recent update, there have been some user interface changes in the application. However, I am required to register each time I open the application, rather than simply logging in. This process is quite cumbersome. I kindly request that this issue be addressed at your earliest convenience.

Updated version is not working at all, I am not able to login into the app, it's asking me to activate my card which is already activated and moreover its asking to enter the OTP but I am not getting an OTP either. This updated version of app is totally a mess and PNB is not serious to provide good services to its customers.

After the latest update, I am unable to log in to the PNB Genie app. Every time I try to verify, it shows Error 902. This makes the app completely unusable. Please fix this issue immediately, otherwise the app is of no use. If such problems continue, it should be removed from the Play Store.
