I'm extremely disappointed💔 with Jazz's network coverage in our area. Despite being a prominent telecom operator, Jazz has failed💀 to provide reliable connectivity in our region. The network is extremely slow, and calls often drop or don't connect at all. The lack of a Jazz tower🗼 in our area is a significant contributing factor to this issue. It's frustrating to see other operators providing better coverage and speeds while Jazz lags behind. I hope Jazz takes necessary steps to improve it.

I'm unable to subscribe any single package on my Jazz Number. I tried every single way to activate any package. But, not at all. I don't know why. Furthermore, I tried every single jazz helpline just to reach out to any jazz representative so that I could share my issue. But, unfortunately, not at all. No customer service. Very Very Very Cheepest ever network and services. Very disappointed.

This application is not fully accessible for blind people with a screen reader, Even when we open the option to register a complaint, the keyboard itself does not open there. And the software does not read the application icons properly, this is not a software problem because we have been using this software for a long time.
