I like the packages offered by ROX from Jazz — they are good in terms of features, although slightly expensive. Unfortunately, the app experience is extremely frustrating. The app keeps logging me out every 2–3 days, which is very annoying. Even worse, when trying to log back in, the app often fails despite multiple attempts. The verification code required for login frequently does not arrive, making it impossible to access the account. For a major telecom company, this level of app instability.

I really like the Rox app and it works well overall. However, the daily coin system could be improved. Currently, users get 30 coins every day from Day 1 to Day 14, which makes the challenge less exciting. It would be better if the coins increased gradually (e.g., Day 1: 30, Day 2: 60, Day 3: 90, etc.). This would motivate users to stay consistent and complete the challenge daily.

I was subscribed to shared package as child member, as data was used before time i wanted to remove my number from shared package to subscribe to new. They have not given any such option to remove one's numner from package. once a person become member he can only subscribe after expiry of existing package though his data or minutes/SMS are finished. Very Disappointing.
