Overall, it's a nice app, but card payments fail a lot. like 3/5 times while recharging packages payments fail, so you have to wait for sometimes even a day for the payments to start working again. If your package is expired, you are sitting ducks and paralyzed until the payments start working again.

Very disappointing service. My Jazz internet has not been working properly for the last three days. It keeps switching between 2G, 3G, and 4G automatically, even though Jazz claims to offer 5G. They can't even provide a stable 4G connection. After subscribing to an internet package, I can't use the internet or even make proper calls. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately.

Worst app ever. It keeps showing "Package Subscribed" and "Your request has been received successfully. Your subscription will be activated soon." It's been more than an hour, and nothing has changed. The issue is still the same, and the subscription is not activated. Completely frustrating and a waste of time. Very poor service and unreliable app.
