Even 1 star is more for this pathetic app, if you collect rox points, you are wasting your time. Those points can be redeemed to discount vouchers but that discount voucher is of no use, it want deduct the amount or be used. It says "Discount Applied", but it won't deduct the amount. Other bug is that you get logged out of the app, even though you never logged out by yourself. To login you need otp which sometimes do not work. One huge drawback is that bundle expiry is never shown in the app.

I have resubscribed to my pkg and used easypaisa a payment method. They deducted money from my easypaisa account and never subscribed to the pkg. I tried to reach them through the helpline. After trying 59 times, they picked up my phone and said they can't help with this as this is a "known error" and our team is working over it from last week. I confronted them why this error has not been mentioned over the app , they have no reply to that. They are just looting customers.

Terrible experience. While the packages themselves are good, the app’s functionality is a major concern. Since the most recent update, I have been unable to log into my account. Each time I enter my phone number, the app requests a security code sent via text message; however, despite multiple attempts, I never receive any SMS code. Additionally, the complaint section within the app is not functioning, leaving no way to report or resolve this issue.
