Rox, Your decision to remove the free Golootlo Gold subscription is extremely disappointing. Many users joined Rox because this benefit was heavily promoted as one of its key attractions. Offering a feature to attract customers and then removing it later feels misleading and unfair. We invested our time and trust in your platform based on the benefits you advertised. Very bad experience with Rox app. I activated a Rox package for Rs. 2500, but the amount was deducted from my account and the package was not activated. It has been 15 days since I lodged a complaint, and my issue is still not resolved. I called customer care many times, and they assured me that the amount would be refunded to my account, but till now no refund has been received. Very poor service and disappointing customer support.
