Updated: I'm updating my review to 4 stars. Support was able to resolve my issue, and the app is now working as expected. I love the flexibility of being able to set up random testing or set schedules. ---- I can't delete schedules that I've set up. Even though they are no longer listed in my schedule tab, the tests are still scheduled on a daily basis. This app is unusable unless I can get help with this, and I've been trying to get in touch with support about it, but no one is replying to me.

There's issues with 'signature expired' error which can cause a missed test when you are unable to sign in even after several months of using the same email, password and finger print for accessing the app. The breathalyzer itself is better after updating not leading to false positive tests at least. Since it does work more often than not I still find it worthy of 3 stars.

The login told me my signature expired. So I un-installed and reinstalled the app, only for it to tell me it has a bug and can't open. I've reached out and sent emails to support and for weeks haven't heard back. I am so unbelievably angry that I have paid $100 a month for almost a year and have had so many issues and no support from support. BULLSH*T
