updated review: they fixed the app somewhat. you still have to have an account, but using the app is back to being easy and smooth again. human civilization survived millennia without accounts and passwords. i want functionality and simplicity. and they had that before. especially if I'm using this as a party trick to see everyone's BAC... then I don't need a lot of data points saved on my account

No help from support. I work in IT and gave specific error messages and multiple things I tried and cannot register or login. They told me to register on the app, in response...which, as I stated to them in the first place, is failing. Haha. What a joke. I didn't have this problem a year ago, or even 4 years ago, until they changed their whole system.

I don't understand. I have been able to use the device without an app, my preferred method. Suddenly it would want to connect to an app. I downloaded the app, made an account. Sometime later, it wants the app again. I don't remember the account info after so long not using the device. I prefer just using the device, without a connection to an app account. I had to make (another) account to use the device (not my personal preferred method). Not at all accurate. Used again, not accurate again.
