One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. People on the other side are rude, unhelpful, do not answer the phone. I shouldn't have to get transfered from another extension to reach the correct department, and I've had calls from them confirming receipts that they should have already known were due. Still trying to cancel billing, even after all is said and done.

Installed on Samsung S22 Ultra and Z Fold 7 and test notification is not working. if it was not for my work iphone that I installed the app on as a back up, I would have been reported violating my conditions due to no tests. I tried contacting BACtrac via phone and email and was unable to reach any customer service that can address this tech issue without being told they cannot help since it is through the court requirement. BACTrac needs to be held accountable for their unsolved tech issues.

Needs to actually say if a test jas been completed, several instamces where the test seems to be taken/accepted then a reminder to take a test comes back up as if no test had been taken. Tests can fail to submit when using WiFi as well as phone signal. Ability to only use notification tones and not ring tones makes ot easy to sleep through/miss notifications.
