The app leaves a lot to be desired. It's been updated since I last used it about three years ago, but it's not great. It's great that you can now add up to four numbers to one e-mail (before it was one number per e-mail), but you can't add a nickname for who the number belongs to, whether it's your work or personal number etc. It just lists them. I can't turn on fingerprint biometrics. It asks for my password and then it just spins the loading circle for infinity. Not really impressed.

Superb App I recently got a great uSwitch deal, 5GB of data per month unlimited calls and texts, also 100 free international minutes. £1.48 per month for first 3 months, then £4.99 after. I also moved my existing number over, and this app has been excellent in managing the account. When I moved over the number it automatically updated on the app, also showing remaining data usage, and confirming the the reduced payments for the first 3 months but will revert to the higher rate afterwards.

Lately, the app won't dhow my dashboard and instead keeps loading or shows available plans. Website is the same. This is highly inconvenient as I rely on my data all the time and can't see my remaining allowance. Update: after contacting support I've resolved the issue by resetting my password and it worked for about a week, now I can't even see my number on my account. horrible. I think I'll have to switch
