Worst system ever. Constantly freezes, you force close and it will work for a couple minutes. Video cuts in and out, when you talk it freezes 90% of the time. The DVR box is less than 6 inches away from my router and still doesn't work. The cameras are within 20 feet of the DVR and my router and still freeze. I can connect to my VIVITARA cameras which are $35 a piece and have absolutely no problems and 2 of my vivitars are over 40 feet away, with no freezing, no disconnect.

Terrible app. Never could scan QR code, continuously said no wifi connection, even though it is directly plugged into modem. The cameras are wireless and connect to the wireless receiver. Worked with this system for over 8 hours to no avail. The HDD console boots you off after 3 minutes and them you have to sign back in. I can see the cameras on a monitor, but not able to see on phone. Customer service was not helpful. Very frustrating. This system was a gift and unreturnable. Very disappointing

Great app and reliable. Cameras are so-so though. Havent had any glitches or crashes from app since update. Update.: cams are still good but app sucks. Good luck watching instances and especially ones that you need to pull up immediately. Fiber network and its still delayed and lags when trying to view zones or cam feeds. Audio and voice are almost as bad as old 80s walkie talkies from a toy store.
