Ratings and reviews

It's ok, saves me stair time, but needs work. I rarely have connection issues -good thing. I can be mowing and see how much time is left on each machine via the app. If I want to wait for a commercial break to traverse the stairs, I can send the dryer into a new cycle. What I don't like is if a washer load is off balance, the machine doesn't send an alert to the app "need a little help here!" It just keeps trying to rebalance a load wasting gallons of water.

The app would not send a confirmation email to my email address, had to link with my Google account. Then it asked for information like my address and phone number, I'm was expecting it to ask for my credit card and social security number. When trying to par with the app it wants bluetooth & WiFi access both. Well my router is on the other side of my fireplace so there's an extra thick brick wall for the signal to try to get through. If I was within BT range I would be able to hear the buzzer.

Just started using your app for washer & dryer. So far works great for normal use. Also setup was not very intuititive. Having to use arrows, checks etc & then finally figuring it out that a swipe advances to next option during initial WiFi/BT connection. It would be nice for the app to display cycles (fill, wash, drain/spin etc). But the main problem I see is the remote control - if someone touches the control panel, the remote control turns off & must be manually reset on the machine.
