I couldn't even add any of my cameras and I don't know what I am doing wrong. They're all locally hosted and on the same wifi network as my phone. I can view the streams through the manufacturer's app and the RSTP link, so I know they work. The help docs and vids are no help at all. I'm pretty tech savvy and nothing I did got this thing working.

It's about time for an update, guys. Cuts out occasionally and sometimes takes a long time to load HD feed, and SD is worthless. I have fiber optic high-speed internet, so it's not the connection. I've had this app for a few years, and it's never been updated.

Functionality, the app is quite good. But, the camera (Dahua)​ interface firmware needs some work to improve connectivity when the camera is being used on a system where the ISP uses CG-NAT, doesn't have port forwarding and blocks incoming connections. Very often it takes multiple failed attempts to make connection. Significant improvement is possible as the Govee devices on the same network are virtually 100% available immediately externally. This is a significant shortcoming.
