They deactivated my account after I refunded a purchase that didn't go through. Lost hundreds of moocho points that I could have redeemed for $50. They deactivated my girlfriend's account too when I tried signing in on her phone. Update: They reinstated the account after weeks and several calls. Now they cut the preloading bonus in half, took away most of the deals, and now your moocho rewards points are worth less with less things you can them redeem it for. It's not worth the trouble anymore.

Most recent update was the last straw. Now you can't even open it! The app just Loads for 10 minutes without actually progressing. Even when it was working it wasn't great, it was location based so if you try and purchase from a supported food truck it will only work at a specific location which makes it useless half the time. So you try a restaurant instead but if you don't have service or the app decides not to work then you're stuck at the register waving your phone around like an idiot.

Easy and convenient to use, great savings and rewards. Just cashed out my mooches for 1 100 dollar gift card and 1 50 dollar gift card, and they combined it and gave me 15 dollars more for being a valued customer! Only thing I think could be improved would be when change needs to be given (if you're like me and you overestimate how much gas you need) and dividing 1 transaction into two separate moocho transactions. Only one cashier I went to knew how to use it. Oh and more places that have it!
