Good app that is much better than the previous version. However, this newest version will only run on phones with android 8 and above. Several people I know with older phones suddenly discovered that the previous version would no longer work, and they could not upgrade to the new version. These people are basically shut out unless they purchase a newer phone. Should at least make the previous version available for older phones.

Of all the idiotic things, you have to close a full-page add every time you open the app. Is one of the most annoying things to have to deal with. I prefer the previous app to this one by a long shot. As has been stated in other places, there is a lot of lagging, long load times, I'm trying to actually find the weather absolutely ridiculous in this app that is supposed to replace Fox weather. They really needed someone with more practical experience to come up with this design.

The recent update for this app just doesn't work as good as it did before. This was a great app till it was updated. Now it only uses Greenville as it's location it won't use the location you're actually in. The stories I click on won't even open. This news app just went from great to bad. So until the problem is fixed, I will no longer be using this news app.
