This app and matrimony team is now doing a financial fraud which will deduct payment automatically without getting your permission for auto deduction. In the app there is no option to change the "Auto renewal on or off" and not even in the payment page ,But in the webpage they have given a very small note of auto renewal on or off which is not visible to user and their helpdesk will respond irresponsively telling like you have explored the renewal package,So they will not refund the money.

Very worst customer service. In this application having lot of old profiles. One or two recent profiles only. Recently i contact two profiles. But they said "our daughter has married". So two contacts are loss for me. I Last one month fully I complaint to your customer care services. Your side answers is not properly. Daily you said under verification, under verification only... But till now not proper response from your side. How to contact your Higher officials.?

I am happy with this app and the service provided by the customer support officers.
