Ratings and reviews

I had an extremely disappointing experience with PVR's app and website. I tried booking movie tickets twice, and both transactions failed, yet the amount was deducted from my credit card both times. This is unacceptable! There was no immediate resolution or proper communication regarding the failed transactions. It's frustrating to deal with such issues when all I wanted was a smooth booking process.

Can't login. After recent update it suddenly asked me to relogin for no reason, never happened before. But after inputting my mobile number, OTP never comes. So unable to login. After making repeated attempts to get the OTP, it now says you have made too many attempts & I should try after sometime, but doesn't inform after how much time. Developers are clearly too dumb. They make a simple process so tough. If OTP is an issue why can't they allow logging in through email is beyond me.

I tried to sign up for this app but couldn't. Never received the OTP....then I tried looking for a showtime for one of the movies. The moment I clicked on the movie thumbnail, it kept buffering for a couple of mins. So I had to shut the app and tried again and the same thing happened. Finally, it was a relief when I uninstalled the app.
