Ratings and reviews

Have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time I want to play. Opens and brings me to the Netflix Games menu and then won't load. Reached out to tech support and when I explained my issue they disconnected from the chat. I really enjoy the stories, some are much better than others (selling sunset & Love is Blind 👀😬 we're looking at you) but it's starting to get really difficult to look past the bugs

I loved Netflix Stories at first (especially Emily in Paris and Virgin River) but the new Outer Banks game is a million steps backward - No hair/outfit options, bad character development, no plot. It has to be the worst game in their lineup and it's brand new, so you'd think it would have improvements. I really hope they offer better stories in the future because I was so excited to play OBX and was left beyond disappointed. I also have to uninstall & reinstall the app just to start the game!

(This would be a 5 star rating) I wish I could upload screenshots. I thoroughly like this game and really enjoy the stories. However, for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to play the game. It'll ask my netflix profile and then freeze on the main loading menu. I usually don't write reviews, but something needs to be fixed. I walked away from my phone for 5 minutes and it was still at 0% load... please fix it, I wanna finish my stories 😭😭😭
