I paid for though Bank transfer but then automated system still charged me and it's with late fee. On the app my payment is still under review but it's more than 1 - 2 business day already I send emails with proofs many time and customers service is really no help at all.. The loan application is very fast but interest rate is so high plus there is no way to reach Customer service but only via email. Still up until now my concern is not resolved.

If there is a negative review, I will give it. I paid before my due date through bank transfer on 30May but after weeks of sharing all my receipt including SOA, this app said that they didn't receive the payment. To avoid further additional charges I paid again with the penalty of 5days. We agreed on recalling my transaction -the one that they said they did not received, but it's been 10days and they didn't do anything of approving it on their side , NO RESPONSE AT ALL. ⚠️BEWARE OF THIS APP⚠️

Full of troubles... No coordination within their team.. I just paid an installment on 14th, which I need to pay on 15th or earlier as per their schedule.. there was a issue from their side for collection the cash and I proved through my bank statement.. but their email (one and only contact ) is not responding after I send the payment documents for proof.. then everyday they (different guys) are calling and disturbing me regarding the payment issue.. I send documents to their whatsapp as well...
